2. No Direct Refunds by SM Flight Reservation

SM Flight Reservation does not collect payment for airline tickets or travel reservations. Therefore:

We do not issue refunds for flight tickets
We do not process cancellations or changes
We do not control refund eligibility
All payments, cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled exclusively by the third-party booking platform or airline used to complete the reservation.



3. Third-Party Booking Policies

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on:

The third-party platform’s terms and conditions
The type of ticket purchased (refundable vs. non-refundable)

Initiating chargebacks against SM Flight Reservation for bookings completed on third-party platforms may result in denial, as we are not the merchant of record.



7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
